Rapid prototyping, manufacturing and product development company, Laser Reproductions, recently added an on-site, real-time machine maintenance and support program to its 17 stereolithography (SLA) machines to improve productivity.
Laser Reproductions enlisted the services of National RP Support, a global rapid prototyping maintenance and consulting company, to provide continuous upkeep and technical support for the company’s SLA machines.
With a service program in place, Laser Reproductions has the capability to improve production efficiency by 10 to 15 percent.
“This strategic alliance will significantly improve our ability to rapidly respond to our own clients,” said Bret Bordner, Laser Reproductions’ vice president. “If our machines are continually maintained, we can promise consistent and quality parts.”
Laser Reproductions will have all-access to National RP Support’s service and support offerings including:
