Our SLA capabilities include an ever-expanding selection of materials ranging from low-durometer, flexible materials to rigid, high-temperature ceramic-filled resins. Our valuable relationship with DSM Somos® allows us to offer the latest available materials.
SLS prototypes can be constructed with a variety of functional materials, including nylon, glass-filled nylon and aluminum-filled nylon. For cast urethanes, we work with several suppliers, giving us access to the materials that work best for unique customer requirements. The final product can simulate production plastics such as ABS, polyethylene and polypropylene.
Durable, high impact resistance SL resin. Tough, complex parts can be built with superb surface finish compared with competing technologies.
This material is particularly useful in applications where flexibility and impact-strength are critical requirements.
DSM Somos® WaterClear Ultra 10122 is a next generation optically clear resin with ABS like properties and good temperature resistance. It produces colorless, functional, accurate parts that simulate acrylic in appearance. Based on the Oxetane Advantage™, the parts also have improved water resistance over the original WaterClear 10120 resin. WaterClear Ultra is a fast, low viscosity, general-purpose resin.
WaterShed XC is a low viscosity liquid photopolymer that produces strong, tough, water-resistant, ABS-like parts. Most importantly parts created with WaterShed 11122 are nearly colorless, and look more like true, clear engineered plastic. In addition, WaterShed XC has been formulated with the DSM Somos Oxetane Advantage™— an advanced chemistry platform that produces parts with outstanding water resistance and high dimensional stability.
Functional components for assemblies and mock-ups. Look and feel like polypropylene, highly flexible with excellent shape retention. Suitable for master patterns.
Accura® Bluestone™ is an opaque blue resin which is optimally designed for production of high rigidity thermally resistant models.
